Public views must not publish an individual profile or the name of a judge, prosecutor, police officer, or defendant. Named information may be viewed in a professional space only when necessary for a case, with authentication, access controls, and logging.
Uploaded documents should contain only necessary information. Applicable outside-Quebec processing, vendors, and retention periods are described in the privacy policy. Displayed consent does not replace a privacy impact assessment required by law.
Use of decisions, metadata, and datasets depends on each source's licence, permission, and terms. AITicketInfo does not claim that public availability alone authorizes systematic collection or storage.
Commercial terms and professional functions must be confirmed in the applicable agreement. No Barreau du Québec certification is claimed. Strategy, advice, and reserved legal acts remain the responsibility of the retained professional.
Compliance depends on operational evidence, including source permissions, processor agreements, privacy assessments, access controls, logs, and tests. A planned, declared, or under-validation measure must not be represented as certified or fully deployed.
