6.1 Citizens

Access to basic ticket analysis is free. Premium features may be offered at clearly displayed prices before payment.

6.2 Partner lawyers

Lawyers pay a flat monthly subscription (SaaS) according to their tier. The fee covers software use and territorial exclusivity access. It is not a per-case commission.

7. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, compiled statistics, and texts on the site are the property of AITicketInfo or used under licence. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Cited public judgments are reproduced in compliance with applicable law (CCH Canadian Ltd., 2004). Compilations are our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AITicketInfo disclaims all liability for:

AITicketInfo's maximum liability, all types of damages combined, may not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 preceding months.

9. Privacy and protection of personal information

The collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Quebec Law 25.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. AITicketInfo reserves the right to suspend an account for breach of these terms, after reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or imminent danger.

11. Changes

These terms may be amended. Any material change will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect. The version in force is the one published at this address on the date of use.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, subject to mandatory consumer-protection statutory provisions.
