1. Definition of the service
AITicketInfo provides:
- Aggregated statistics on Quebec Highway Safety Code offences.
- General information on contestation procedures.
- Standard document generation tools (disclosure of evidence, adjournment).
- An optional referral system to partner lawyers.
2. What the service IS NOT
- A law firm.
- A legal advisor.
- A guarantee of result before the courts.
- A substitute for consulting a lawyer.
- A platform offering infallible predictions.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian authorization).
- The service concerns offences under Quebec's Highway Safety Code.
- Use is reserved for legitimate personal purposes (or professional purposes for partner lawyers).
4. Acceptable use
By using AITicketInfo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information.
- Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Not attempt to bypass security measures.
- Not reproduce, resell, or rebroadcast service content.
- Respect the intellectual property of AITicketInfo and its partners.
5. Referral to a partner lawyer
When you request a referral:
- We transmit your information to the partner lawyer covering your territory (with your consent).
- The lawyer will contact you as soon as possible.
- The lawyer is an independent professional, member of the Barreau du Québec.
- AITicketInfo receives no per-case commission and shares no fees.
- Any lawyer-client relationship is established directly between you and the lawyer of your choice.
- Fees, terms, and outcomes are exclusively governed by that direct relationship.
6. Pricing
6.1 Citizens
Access to basic ticket analysis is free. Premium features may be offered at clearly displayed prices before payment.
6.2 Partner lawyers
Lawyers pay a flat monthly subscription (SaaS) according to their tier. The fee covers software use and territorial exclusivity access. It is not a per-case commission.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, compiled statistics, and texts on the site are the property of AITicketInfo or used under licence. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Cited public judgments are reproduced in compliance with applicable law (CCH Canadian Ltd., 2004). Compilations are our property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AITicketInfo disclaims all liability for:
- Decisions made solely based on the site's information.
- The outcome of any judicial proceeding.
- Actions or omissions of partner lawyers (independent professionals).
- Service interruptions caused by events beyond our control.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
AITicketInfo's maximum liability, all types of damages combined, may not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 preceding months.
9. Privacy and protection of personal information
The collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Quebec Law 25.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. AITicketInfo reserves the right to suspend an account for breach of these terms, after reasonable notice except in cases of fraud or imminent danger.
11. Changes
These terms may be amended. Any material change will be notified at least 30 days before it takes effect. The version in force is the one published at this address on the date of use.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, subject to mandatory consumer-protection statutory provisions.
